Terms & Usage

This website is for informational purposes but also serves as a binding contract for purchasers of 0N1 FORCE NFTs (digital artworks). This website explains the details of this grouping as it relates to the exchange of these specific digital collectibles.

0N1 FORCE is a generative collection of NFTs that are housed and run on the Ethereum network. Collectors and users of these NFTs are solely responsible for the safety and management of their own private assets which include but are not limited to Ethereum wallets, validating all transactions, validating ownership, and understanding and agreeing to contracts generated on this website prior to and after purchase.

Users certify through purchase that they understand there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions because the 0N1 FORCE smart contract is housed on the Ethereum network and is bound by their system and terms.

Any connected services including this website are provided to holders of the 0N1 FORCE NFTs without any warranty of any kind – “as is” and “as available”. Use of this website constitutes your agreement that you bear sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving 0N1 FORCE digital collectibles.

OWNERSHIP

i. Transfer of ownership
When you purchase your 0N1 FORCE NFT, ownership is transferred to you on the Ethereum blockchain. A purchase of this NFT, constitutes ownership of the underlying 0N1 FORCE, for that individual piece of Art combination of traits and number. Ownership of each NFT is governed by the Ethereum Network terms and its associated Smart Contract. As such 0N1 Force has no ability to alter the ownership or transaction of any 0N1 FORCE NFT.

ii. Personal Usage
Personal Usage. Subject to perfect and continued compliance with these Terms, 0N1 FORCE, INC extends NFT holders worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any derivative artworks that you created or use, all of which are limited to the following purposes:

(i) for your own personal, non-commercial use;

(ii) as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your 0N1 FORCE / NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each 0N1 FORCE owner’s rights to display the Art for their 0N1 FORCE to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; or

(iii) as part of a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your 0N1 FORCE, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each 0N1 FORCE owner’s rights to display the Art for their 0N1 FORCE to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the actual owner of the 0N1 FORCE leaves the website/application.

iii. Commercial Usage

Subject to actual owners of 0N1 FORCE NFTs continued compliance with these Terms, 0N1 FORCE, INC grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art (“Commercial Use”).

Examples of specified Commercial Use would

e.g. be the use of the Art to produce and sell physical merchandise products (T-Shirts, etc.) displaying copies of the purchased Art.

Please note, as relates to Ownership nothing will be deemed to provide restrictions on the NFT holder including

(i) Marketplace operation

owning or operating a marketplace that permits the use and sale of 0N1 FORCEs generally,

provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each 0N1 FORCE owner’s rights to display the Art for their 0N1 FORCE and provides verifiable evidence that only the actual owner can display the Art;

(ii) Operation of third-party websites and applications

owning or operating a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of 0N1 FORCEs generally,

provided that the third party website or application cryptographically verifies each 0N1 FORCE owner’s rights to display the Art for their 0N1 FORCE NFT as a means to further ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art,

and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the any owner of the Purchased 0N1 FORCE leaves the website/application;

(iii) Monetization

earning revenue from any of the foregoing.

including derivative artworks in any media of its choosing, including: print or digital advertising, or any purely creative media (including Anime, etc.) in support of the 0N1 FORCE community and message.
